Baltimore‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Ravens vs Miami Dolphins Full Game Replay – October 30, 2025 | NFL Week 9 Highlights & Analysis

Football fans were treated to a terrific Thursday night showdown when the Baltimore Ravens hosted the Miami Dolphins on the 30th of October, 2025, in NFL week 9. The tie-up had two powerhouses leading both offensively and defensively and the intensity of a playoff game. After that, it was an up-and-down battle, filled with the fans seeing excellent plays, visionary coaching, and heroes reaching their peak that engaged them till the very end of the game.

In case you were not at the game or didn’t see the game, but want to see every fantastic moment again, here is the full show, the results, and the highlights of this amazing primetime game.

First Quarter – Defensive Focus and Early Statements:

The first quarter saw both teams testing each other’s strategies. Lamar Jackson orchestrated the Ravens offense with a balanced plan of attack, completing short passes to Zay Flowers and Mark Andrews and at the same time, the Dolphins defense was left guessing by read-option plays.

With the help of the pressure Miami put on Baltimore quickly, the Dolphins were able to force a 42-yard field goal through the boot of Justin Tucker in the absence of a successful offensive drive by the Ravens, thus, the home team was able to get a 3-0 early lead.

The next series Tua Tagovailoa led the Dolphins offense and they displayed their characteristic quickness. Tyreek Hill was let go on a 28-yard reception that got Miami fans roaring, but the Ravens defense got solid near the goal line. The quarter finished with both teams having 3 points on the board, which was reflective of two outstanding defensive units from the AFC playing a defensive chess ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌match.

Quarter‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ 2 – Offense Emphasized

Lamar Jackson with his 10-play, 75-yard drive in the second quarter essentially did away with his previous highlight reel. Out of all of his plays, his 12-yard touchdown run was the one that showed the least of his overall speed which he actually demonstrated a little later in a bigger context. As a result, Baltimore took the lead 10-3 and it seemed like the whole Ravens fan base was totally lit up.

The Dolphins, however, did not allow that situation to continue for even a minute and they answered with a powerful shot. Tua Tagovailoa threw a pass over the middle to Jaylen Waddle who was heavily hit by the defender but Waddle dropping his hand off deceived the defender with a 60-yard touchdown run. So, the score was reflecting 10-10 and the vibe at M&T Bank Stadium was out of this world.

Right before the halftime, Tucker added another field goal to Baltimore’s tally and Miami was willing to make a comeback. During their 2-minute drill, Tua connected Mostert for a rapid touchdown and thus, the Dolphins were in front 17-13 at halftime.

The first half was absolutely a treat of the game for the fans – all the three components of the game, that is, speed, power, and surprise, were present.

Halftime Reflection

At that point, the two teams were almost statistically twins:

Total yards: Ravens 207 – Dolphins 201

Time of possession: almost equal

Turnovers: none

The fans also anticipated that Baltimore’s defense would have a hard time holding Miami’s offense, which would, in turn, lead to Miami making more big plays. Also, they figured that Miami’s defensive backs would have to work hard to counter Jackson’s agility and Andrews’ route running.

Third Quarter – Ravens Reignite the Power

After their rest Ravens were still full of strength and showed their grit to accomplish the goal that had been set. The offensive line that did a great job of pass protection was supported by the running game with the help of Keaton Mitchell and Gus Edwards. In the middle of the third quarter, Jackson threw a 25-yard touchdown pass to Mark Andrews and the Ravens were leading 20-17.

Moreover, the Ravens defense was equally lively and thus, definitely not of a mind to call it quits. Under the pressure that the Ravens were applying, Miami had to perform three consecutive three-and-outs. Roquan Smith and Kyle Hamilton were almost everywhere on the field and they were the reasons for the extension of the yards after the catch by Hill and Waddle.

In the meantime, there was a very expensive Baltimore fumble and that was very close to the center of the field which gave Miami a short field opportunity late in the quarter. The time could not have been more perfect for the Dolphins when they took full advantage of it, Tagovailoa to Hill on a 15-yard short crossing route was the play that led to a touchdown. Moving into the fourth quarter, the score had Miami ahead ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌24-20.

Overall‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Game Review

The Week 9 confrontation between Baltimore Ravens and Miami Dolphins was an absolute blast to follow and it was pretty much a flawless showcase of the modern NFL football style – which by and large is still all about the fastest player, the most accurate throw, and the smartest player.

By the end of the game, the Ravens have a very good record of 6-3 in the AFC North and they are going strong at the top of the division, meanwhile, the Dolphins are at a 5-4 record situation after losing the match but still showing a great fighting spirit.

Among the whole game, it was Lamar Jackson’s control over the offense that stood out the most. His talent to escape the sack and outsmart the Miami defense barely after the second or third time of blitzing the same side was just superb. According to Tua, things can’t be going better with Hill and Waddle and they might be the most deadly threesome in the whole league.

Defensively, the Ravens have a very strong front seven which they were very proud of and it was definitely the big difference for them in the second half. They accomplished several sacks, turnovers, and made the Dolphins difficult to run the ball against. Miami’s defensive unit, however, was energetic in the first quarter, but they could not sustain that level of intensity as Lamar took control of the game.

In brief, a complete show from both the teams which is what you would expect in a playoff game, played at a fast pace, and with a high probability of the ball moving from one side of the field to the other with unpredictable ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌results.
